These terms apply to quotations and moving services provided by QASR AL WAHA MOVERS LLC.

Quotations

A quotation is based on the information you provide and on any survey carried out. If the volume, access, dates or destination differ from what was quoted, the price may be revised. We will tell you before any revised charge applies.

Booking and cancellation

A booking is confirmed once we accept it in writing. If you need to change or cancel a booked move, contact us as early as possible so we can rebook the crew and transport.

Your responsibilities

Please declare prohibited, hazardous, perishable and high-value items before the move, arrange building access and lift bookings where required, and be reachable on the moving day.

Liability and insurance

Cover and liability limits are set out in the quotation and booking documents for your move. Please read them before the move begins and ask us about anything that is unclear.

International moves

Customs clearance, duties and destination charges are governed by the rules of the destination country and are your responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.
